Again, more proposed government bullshit

This comes from the land of broken levies and crawfish. LA Government is proposing to castrate sex offenders. I hate to say this, but I never thought I would be on the side of sex offenders. We have a little known document called the Bill of Rights, and in that (specifically amendment 8), it prevents the government from inflecting cruel and unusual punishment.

Now, I am not a legal scholar, but losing a set of testes at the government hands, should be considered cruel, if not, definitely unusual.
