Pretty much, the Government Accountability Office, GAO, pretty much found everything under the sun, from F-14 antennae, body armor, even sensitive military night vision goggles which has the ability to determine if the person your looking at is friend or foe. Sweet.

Way to go homeland security. Stellar performance. Shouldn't all the money we spend on big brother to analyze the internet and eavesdrop on us should have found this stuff? Since you can not even get the No-Fly list working properly, I guess having CARNIVORE / ECHELON programs working is too much to ask for. Start small, then work your way up to the big stuff.
